Not all Acts have been the subject of Reprint and therefore you may need to look in 'Acts as Passed'. You may also find any Bills introduced to Parliament by clicking on the "Bills" tab.

To find the Act you want, simply click the first letter of the title of the Act you wish to read, then scroll to the relevant title and click to read that Act. For example, if you want to read the Land and Resources Tribunal Act 1999, then click the letter "L" on the index page, scroll down until you see the title and simply click and read.

The Explanatory Memorandum can be accessed via the Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel website by clicking on ‘Search’ using the keywords ‘Land and Resources Tribunal’ to locate the Land and Resources Tribunal Bill 1998, Exlanatory Notes number 7 of 1999.

The Second Reading Speech and Committee Debate on the Land and Resources Tribunal are available through Hansard, online. Click on ‘Hansard’, then ‘search’, and ‘order by date’ using the keywords ‘Land and Resources Tribunal’ and ‘Committee’. The Second Reading Speech is located in the transcript of Hansard proceedings for 19^th November 1998 (click on this date, and see pages 3455 – 3459), adjourned and resumed on the 9^th March 1999 (see pages 355 – 379), and concluded on the 10^th March 1999 (see pages 426 – 432). The Committee Debate can similarly be found at Hansard transcripts for 19^th November 1998 (at pages 3454 – 3455), resumed on 9^th March 1999 (at page 355) and concluded on 10^th March (at pages 432 – 438).
