PRACTICE DIRECTION No 6 of 2000
Estimates of time
- It is important for the efficient operation of the tribunal
that accurate estimates of time for hearing be provided by lawyers and parties, at all
appropriate times during the course of proceedings.
- Lawyers and parties will be required to give accurate
estimates of time for the hearing of any proceeding before the tribunal.
- Unless the tribunal otherwise orders, if the hearing of a
proceeding exceeds the estimate of time given, the tribunal will adjourn the matter.
