The Land and Resouces Tribunal website has been removed

On 21 September 2007 the Tribunal’s jurisdiction (except for applications under the MRA lodged on or before 31/3/03 and to which native title (mining) provisions apply) was transferred to the Land Court of Queensland. All proceedings (except as mentioned) previously before the Tribunal have been transferred to the Land Court of Queensland
